You must be a subscriber of Broadage.com to be able to use the products and free trial versions of products of broadage.com and to purchase them. You can become a subscriber by clicking here.

First, if you have a problem about your subscription and need to ask, you can contact us via the Support Center. You can cancel your Broadage.com subscription by clicking the “cancel your subscription” link under on your “Profile” page. After clicking the link, a new page will open and you will be asked to enter your password and approve to cancel your subscription, then your subscription will be cancelled within a few minutes and you will receive an email you are subscribed to for informing you about the status. In addition to these;

  • Your subscription will not be reactivated.
  • Your broadcasted content will be removed.
  • Monthly subscription fees will not be refund.
  • Discounts will be charged for annual subscriptions.

Click on the link below, a new page will open. Enter your subscription email to information box on that page. You can create a new password by clicking the reset password link that will be sent to this email.

If you have a problem with your subscription and you want to ask, you can contact us via Support Center.

You can find a detailed list below that can be sent to your email and phone number registered via Broadage.com for informative emails and text messages.

  • Billing notifications
  • Payment notifications
  • Limit excess notifications

You can change your notification setting from your profile page.

You can change your password from Account Settings-Change Password page. Your password must consist at least 8 character, at least one upper case, one lowercase, one special and one number.

You can change your email address from your Account Settings-User Settings page by changing E-mail . We recommend writing your current email address for us to notify you about important notifications and information.

After the change, we will send you a conforming email for your new address. Your previous email will remain registered until you confirm the new one.
